The Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors has a mission objective to be the Army's premiere provider of sensor capabilities and products to the American warfighter in the most efficient and effective manner.
S3 is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a 10-year period of performance and an anticipated value of $19.25 billion. It will provide the Army’s Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Community with a broad range of support services to include: Systems Engineering, Engineering, Research and Development, Maintenance, Software Development, Sustainment and Support, Program Management and Analysis, Business Functions, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Technical Field Assistance, Test and Evaluation, Modeling and Simulation, Information Operations/Assurance Support, Fielding and Training, Facilities Management, and Administrative Support.
These services will be performed in conjunction with all new and existing federal Government system of systems, family of systems, platforms, systems, subsystems and items.
