PRIME 3.2 is a multi-agency blanket purchase agreement (BPA) under the General Services Administration (GSA) IT 70 Schedule. The objective of the PRIME 3.2 requirements is to efficiently, effectively, and economically provide and maintain a standard Information Technology platform and infrastructure to support USAID and its foreign affair partners’ employees both domestically and internationally in meeting their missions.
Under the PRIME contract, contractors will help manage, modernize and maintain the USAID IT program. The contract will consolidate operations and implement a comprehensive approach to the acquisition, integration, life cycle management, and operation of the agency's IT resources.
Services include project management; network engineering, management and security; worldwide data and voice communications; software and application development; customer relationship management and other user services; and analysis and implementation of emerging technologies.
