ENCORE IT Solutions, administered by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), is a GWAC, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task order contract addressing comprehensive IT integration needs such as modernization, data management, software development and technical business services. All PMs from all Federal agencies are eligible to use ENCORE.
ENCORE provides IT solutions for the acquisition, installation, fielding, training, operation and life-cycle management of components and systems in the operational environments of Unified Commands and their subordinate components, the military services, Defense agencies, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and other Federal agencies. This includes procurement of various products to include hardware, software and licenses, as applicable. An Agency service fee applies of 1.25 percent of estimated TO value, paid directly to DISA by end-user with MIPR.
ENCORE is designed to provide end-to-end solutions through enterprise-wide consulting services and technical solutions for the entire systems life cycle. Services include:
