The EAGLE contract establishes a suite of indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts for IT support services that will enable DHS business and program units to accomplish their mission objectives. EAGLE provides the full range of IT services, technical and management expertise, and solution-related enabling products to meet the mission needs of DHS. Contractors furnish the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, facilities, travel, and other services required to satisfy the ordered IT capabilities and solutions. It is intended that the EAGLE contract remain current and provide all critical IT capabilities/solutions and emerging technologies throughout its life.
EAGLE provides for a wide range of IT service solutions for DHS through five comprehensive functional service categories:

Infrastructure Engineering Design, Development, Implementation, and Integration
Independent Test, Validation, Verification and Evaluation
Software Development
