CR2 is a contract designed to meet the challenges created by aging weapon systems and decreased defense dollars. Delivery orders may be T&M or Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Any federal agency, office, activity, or department (to include Foreign Military Sales programs) can use the contract. Rapid response – less than 19 days to award ARTEPS.
CR2 customers include all DoD services, the State Department, Transportation Department, NOAA, NASA, and others. It is a powerful resource to Government Platform Managers. A wide range of tasks can be performed, including System integration and installation, engineering studies and analysis, logistics and sustainment support, software and firmware engineering, cost benefit analyses, training, testing, operations support. Through the CR2 contract, agencies can quickly obtain a variety of hardware and services, including, but not limited to:
Research and Development (R&D)
Technology Insertion, Systems Integration and Systems Engineering
Test and Evaluation
Studies and Analyses (Other than R&D)
Technical Data Management
Logistics Support
Training
