    The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) provides technical support services and advisory and assistance services to the AMCOM mission, PEO/PM organizations and Tenant Activities. AMCOM EXPRESS is the replacement for the OMNIBUS 2000 (O2K) contracts.

    AMCOM EXPRESS is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) program based upon the use of GSA Federal Supply Schedules for acquiring advisory and assistance services (including all supervision, labor, incidental materials, and travel). These services may take the form of information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training, and technical and management support. The contractor may perform services at its own facility (off-site) or at a duty station at any U.S. Government facility or other designated facilities (on-site) within the Continental US (CONUS) or outside the Continental US (OCONUS).

    General technical effort for specialty area(s) may include, but are not limited to: Technical expertise to basic research, research and development; Research and development technical expertise in the technical specialty areas; Plan, develop, and conduct analysis programs or studies; Develop and integrate advanced technologies; Develop and evaluate recommended system requirements; Establish and/or provide technical/test requirements; Safety, human engineering, product assurance, manufacturing science and technology (MS&T), and value engineering; Design, fabrication, and bench test technical expertise ; Special laboratory and test facilities; Analysis of trade-off studies and risk assessments; Provide scientific, engineering, and technical expertise for studies; Evaluations of technologies; Training classes and workshops; Development, review, and maintenance of technical documentation/repositories and databases.
